What should I bring in?
Please provide a reasonably sized bag containing:
- water bottle
- formula milk (if required)
- indoor footwear
- spare clothes including socks and shoes
- weather appropriate clothing
- comforters (including dummy box)
- barrier cream
What does the nursery provide?
- cow and alternative milk
- nappies and wipes
What are your opening times?
- Our standard opening hours are 8am until 6pm. We offer an early start of 7:30am and a late finish of 6:30pm, which is charged at an additional rate.
- We adhere to a strict closure time for the building of 7pm, so any 6:30pm pick-ups must arrive on time to receive a detailed handover.
Our Ofsted registration does not allow us to have any children on the premise before 7:30am or after 6:30pm
When do invoices need to be paid?
Invoices will be sent out on the 22nd of each month for the month ahead to be paid in advance by the 1st of the month after the invoice date meaning parents should never be in arrears.
E.g. Invoice is dated 22nd September, payment is due 1st October
Do you accept childcare vouchers/tax-free childcare?
Yes, we accept all childcare vouchers and the tax-free childcare scheme.
Does the nursery accept the 15/30 hours funding?
Does the nursery close during certain times?
Our Day Nursery is closed for all public bank holidays and for a week during the Christmas and New Year periods.
Do I still pay if my child is absent?
Fees are payable even if your child is absent due to illness or holiday.
Can I change my child’s days?
Your child’s booking pattern can be changed subject to availability and with one month’s notice.
What do I do if my child is unwell? Can you administer medication?
