Recruiting dedicated and professional team members who share our ethos is fundamental to Our Day Nursery, which is why we’re clear of our expectations from the outset. These qualities are included with each opportunity listed so we can provide the very best for the children in our care. All team members will hold or be enrolled on paediatric first aid, safeguarding, prevention, FGM and food hygiene/allergen awareness qualifications. Below you can find details of the Our Day Nursery management team and team structure:

Our facility is all on the ground floor and so is fully accessible.

The children are cared for in groups within their own age-appropriate rooms. Our Day Nursery follows the OFSTED and government recommended staff-to-child ratios. These are as follows:

1 member of staff to every 3 children
2-3 Years
1 member of staff to every 4 children
